Pre-orders
Your order will be shipped all-together once we have everything in stock. If an item is sold out at a convention we will reach out to ask for a replacement or refund.
Shipping
All packaged would be automatically tracked. We are unable to provide orders with no tracking number. We are unable to issue any sort of refund once the item has been shipped. Once handed over to the post office, we have no other information than whats visible on the tracking site of ROYALMAIL.
